- Explanation of different aspects of our program.
- Get your own personalized weight loss forecast.
- Creating your personalized diet plan (choice of diets according to custom weight loss forecast).
- Selecting the package to suit your goals.
- Get Dr. Larocque's "Be thin through Motivation" book.
- Get Dr. Larocque's "Healthy body, healthy mind!" audio program.
On Going Weekly visits
You will meet your coach every week:
- 15 minutes.
- Review the food menu and making the necessary fixes.
- Weighing and various measures .
- Managing emotions.
- Increased motivation ( various tools ... )
