Tired businesswoman in the office

Are you stressed?

Questionnaire: Are you stressed?

For each question, write on a separate sheet of paper the number that corresponds to the frequency with which you experience these various symptoms.
Write down:

0 for never
1 for occasionally (about once or twice a month)
2 for fairly often (up to once a week)
3 for very often (more than once a week).

Question 1: Do you ever experience any of these discomforts outside of exercise: shortness of breath, palpitations or chest discomfort?

Question 2: Do you have intermittent neck or lower back pain that cannot be explained by a physical illness or abnormality?

Question 3: Do you have a tight jaw?

Question 4: Do you have a dry throat?

Question 5: Is your forehead wrinkled?

Question 6: Are your hands and feet cold and clammy?

Question 7: Do you have hot flashes that are not related to a known physical condition, such as heavy exertion or menopause?

Question 8: Do you sweat, even without making any physical effort?

Question 9: Are you unusually tired?

Question 10: Do you tremble?

Question 11: Do you have difficulty digesting?

Question 12: Do you feel dizzy?

Question 13: Do you feel numbness in your hands, feet or both?

Question 14: Do you lose consciousness?

Question 15: Do you have trouble sleeping?

Now add up all the numbers you have written.

If you have between 0 and 5 points, there are 3 possibilities.

1- You may have answered the questionnaire incorrectly, start again, more conscientiously.

2- Maybe you are not listening to your body and you take for normal signs of tension.

3- If 1 and 2 are excluded, it means that you are very amorphous and that you lack stimulus in your life. Too much stress is not good but a total absence of stress is death.

If you have between 6 and 10 points, you are quite normal and well balanced. Stress at this point in your life is not harmful to you at all, you can handle it very well. Congratulations.

If you have between 11 and 15 points, you are normal but you must be careful not to exceed your limits. Learn to relax, avoid overwork and stay active. A healthy lifestyle will allow you to enjoy life for a long time.

If you have between 16 and 25 points, stress is getting to you. Don’t hesitate, do everything you can to get your nerves under control. This is serious, don’t wait until it’s too late.

If you have 26 points or more, you are excessively stressed. Your quality of life suffers greatly. Various physical illnesses are on the verge of appearing if they haven’t already. Don’t be discouraged, We can help you!
