How do you treat a condition if you don’t know the cause.
The Mental Weight is a ten-minute questionnaire that the person can take from home.
It gives the number of calories/day a person consumes at their current weight.
It identifies the physiological and psychological causes of the problem and directs the person to progressive and appropriate changes to make at the time of the test.
When maintaining weight, it is recommended that the test be repeated monthly to maintain awareness of behaviors, immediately identify new problems and maintain strong motivation.
Analysis of the results will only take a few minutes.
